Your trusted partner in dental managed IT

We specialize in IT tailored to dental practices. With 15+ years of experience, we know offices don’t just need “basic IT” — they need systems that integrate with practice management, imaging software, and compliance requirements.

IT management & monitoring

In today’s digital-first dental practices, reliable IT isn’t optional — it’s essential for patient records, imaging, appointment systems, and compliance. We become your outsourced IT department. The gear is simple on purpose: one rack, a switch, a patch panel, a Dell R440 mounted vertical. Not a row of cabinets and a raised floor.

  • 24/7 monitoring of that rack, the workstations, the firewall, and backups
  • Patch management and updates to keep systems secure and compliant
  • Helpdesk and remote support — quick response for staff issues
  • Vendor management — we coordinate with Dentrix, Dexis, Eaglesoft, and the rest so you don’t sit on hold

Fewer surprises. Less downtime. The front desk is not the helpdesk.

One rack, parts named
The rack Router, firewall, switch, patch panel, servers, UPS — in one cabinet, not a data-center aisle. A dental office usually needs even less: switch, patch, a Dell R440 stood up vertical.

Syncro RMM — we manage it from anywhere

The rack is in the closet. We are not. We watch the practice in Syncro, the RMM we run: patches, disk alerts, backups, whether the R440 is still answering. If Dexis is hanging at 8:14, we can be on that box before the hygienist has finished apologizing.

  • Monitor the rack, workstations, and backups without sitting in the hall
  • Push updates and catch a dying disk before Monday’s book feels it
  • Remote helpdesk that does not wait on a front-desk callback

Safe remote access for staff at home

Doctors and billers need the chart from the kitchen table. We set that up as a locked path — MFA, a real tunnel — not “share the front-desk password over text.” The office network stays the office network. Home is a guest that has to knock.

RMM This is the console. Devices, patches, alerts, remote sessions — so the practice is watched when nobody is standing in the closet.

Mounts, TVs, and a clean front

Dentrix and Dexis live on the PC. The complaint is usually the pile: tower on the floor, monitor on the counter, keyboard in the way of the clipboard. We mount the TV in the op, hang the monitor and keyboard on an arm, and zip-tie the brick so the room looks like a clinic again.

  • Operatory TVs on the wall — not a cart in the walkway
  • Front-desk arms so monitors and keyboards sit off the laminate
  • Wall or post arms with keyboard trays in the ops
  • Mini-PCs on the VESA plate and cables dressed on the post

Network & security assessments

Not sure if the current setup is secure, fast, or compliant? Our network analysis provides:

  • A complete review of firewall, Wi-Fi, and VPN configurations
  • Testing for bottlenecks that slow down imaging or charting
  • Security scans for vulnerabilities, weak passwords, or outdated devices
  • A clear report with recommendations sized to the practice and how it plans to grow

Managed cybersecurity

Your practice stores patient information, financial records, and imaging that attackers want. Threats are constant. We provide 24/7 protection against ransomware, phishing, breaches, and the next thing after that.

  • Proactive threat monitoring — catch it before the office feels it
  • Endpoint and network protection on every device, server, and connection
  • Vulnerability management — find and patch weak points
  • Incident response and recovery if something gets through
  • Compliance support — stay aligned with HIPAA and related requirements (we are not your attorney; we keep the systems in a shape an assessment can live with)

Backup & disaster recovery

Patient data is too valuable to leave at risk. We design layered, verifiable backup systems:

  • On-site backups for fast recovery of files and imaging
  • Cloud-based backups, encrypted, with a BAA when a vendor is in the path
  • Daily monitoring and testing of backup integrity
  • Disaster recovery planning to restore servers and critical systems quickly after fire, theft, or ransomware

Even in the worst case, the practice can recover without losing the records that are the practice. The measure is a restore you have watched, not a picture of drives.
