One we receive your request, one of our team members will contact you.  He will ask some questions to get a general idea of what you are looking for, and will schedule a face-to-face meeting. This meeting will allow us to do an assessment of your infrastructure and needs, or it will allow us to learn the specifics of the website that you have in mind.  Once this process is completed, we will present you with a proposal.
